OCF - Organization Carbon Footprint

OCF – Organization Carbon Footprint

Measure, Manage, Reduce the Carbon Footprint of Your Organization

A complete organizational carbon model based on GHG data, adding baseline, hotspot analysis, reduction strategy, and Net Zero pathway. Focus is on management, reduction, and climate strategy.

Organization Carbon Footprint (OCF) quantifies total greenhouse gas emissions generated by your organization across operations, energy use, and value chain activities. It provides a clear baseline for climate strategy, regulatory compliance, and decarbonization planning.

GHG Accounting
Measures greenhouse gas emissions across Scope 1, 2, and 3 using standardized calculation methods. Focus is on quantification and reporting of emissions.

Control your OCF

Measure, Manage, Reduce the Carbon Footprint of Your Organization

Comprehensive organizational carbon accounting based on the GHG Protocol and ISO 14064-1. Quantify emissions across operations, energy use, and value chain (Scope 1, 2, 3). Supports CSRD / ESRS E1 reporting, Net Zero strategies, and climate disclosure requirements.

How OCF is developed

01

Define Boundaries & Collect Data

Define organizational and operational boundaries according to GHG Protocol / ISO 14064-1. Identify emission sources across Scope 1, 2, and relevant Scope 3. Collect verified data on fuel, energy, transport, purchased goods, waste, and business travel to ensure accuracy and traceability.

02

Calculate Organizational Emissions

Convert activity data into t CO₂e using recognized emission factors (IPCC, DEFRA, IEA). Calculate Scope 1 (direct), Scope 2 (energy — location & market-based), and relevant Scope 3 categories to establish the full Organization Carbon Footprint baseline.

03

Analyze, Verify & Identify Hotspots

Validate results in line with GHG Protocol and ISO 14064-1. Identify emission hotspots, key drivers, and intensity KPIs. Prepare an audit-ready dataset for CSRD / ESRS E1 and optional third-party verification.

04

Report, Reduce & Track Progress

Publish the OCF inventory, define reduction targets, and implement a decarbonization roadmap. Monitor progress annually, support Net Zero strategy, and maintain digital traceability within the DMA / DPP platform.
